The couples were often spending months planning an incredible celebration, yet the people carrying the most stress were the two people the day was supposed to be about.
River Branch was created for couples who want something different.

Why Connection Comes First

River Branch exists to help you slow down, breathe deep, and focus on what matters most - each other.
Photographing hundreds of weddings taught me something I couldn't ignore. Couples would spend months planning an incredible celebration. The flowers were beautiful, the venue was perfect, and every detail had been thoughtfully chosen. Yet the people carrying the most stress were often the two people the day was supposed to be about. Somewhere between family expectations, timelines, logistics, and trying to create the perfect experience for everyone else, couples were forgetting to experience the day for themselves.
Not always. But often enough that it stayed with me.
Around the same time that these feelings started to stir, Mike and I were living a version of that story ourselves. Life felt busy, loud, and full of responsibilities pulling us in every direction. Stress was our middle name. Then - we met. Finding each other didn't suddenly make everything easier, but it did change something important. We became each other's place of peace. Safety. The person who helps you breathe when life feels overwhelming. The person who reminds you what matters when everything else starts demanding your attention. The person who helps you find your way back when the world gets noisy.
River Branch was born from that realization.
Not from a love of adventure. Not from a love of photography.
From a belief that the most meaningful experiences happen when people feel connected to what matters most: to themselves, to each other, and to the reason they started this journey in the first place.
